The Cabin offers the best homemade gelato in Norfolk, let alone Cromer! A range of rotating and delicious flavours, alongside hot and cold drinks and the odd baked good. Staff are very friendly and professional. Highly recommend!
Some of the nicest ice cream i have had. The coffee mocha was unique. When a town has 40 ice cream shops it has to stand out that the owner here makes his own. Don't miss out.
Outstanding home made gelado. All sorts of flavours, I've had chocolate orange, white chocolate and raspberry and even Dubai chocolate flavour. All of which were delicious. Do not miss! Owner/ Ice cream creator is a super nice guy and certainly a whizz with his profession here. T…More reviews

Do not miss!
Owner/ Ice cream creator is a super nice guy and certainly a whizz with his profession here.
They also do coffees and cakes, which are also great.
Also have a standard whippy machine with colours, sherbet and such.
I was going to take a picture but concentrated on the ice cream more.More reviews+12
The absolute best mint choc chip ice cream I have ever had! May have to walk down there right now for one, having thought of it! Smooth ice cream…lots of chocolate chunks. Perfect!
After you find The Cabin, you will never go anywhere else in Norfolk for ice cream. And you might have to go to Rome to get gelato that matches it!! Steve & son are ice cream magicians and very lovely people. Amazing flavours, often new and innovative, and the best value in town. Find them behind the inshore lifeboat building up the steps. You won’t regret it! Thank you Steve.
Wonderful selection of ice-cream, gelato and sorbets. Lovely people and beautiful setting tucked away amongst gardens with great views.
The gelato was immaculate, homemade and very delicious. The owners service was great, very friendly and free tasters for all flavours. Highly recommend located just off the high street. 100% will go again.
Apart from the ice creams that others have mentioned. They also do an excellent decaf coffee. One of the best I've tasted for a long time. Will return for another the next time we are in Cromer.
If you’re looking for amazing ice cream, an huge selection and genuinely lovely people, this family owned ice cream shop is the place. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Cromer! 🍦💛
Lovely fresh ice cream with fantastic customer service. Highly recommend. I had the Nutty Crunch, which was delightful!
Delicious homemade ice cream! I had custard flavour, which was really good. The guy who runs the place is really nice, as well.

If you’re visiting Cromer, don’t miss The Cabin. It’s a true local treasure and hands down the best spot for ice cream on the coast.
Great gelato. We had the Nutella and the white chocolate and raspberry. If we are in Cromer again, we will make sure to stop by. 🍦
Don’t miss this place, they make their own ice cream and have around 7 varied flavours including Gin & Tonic! Very friendly staff that made the visit memorable.
